Harvest Investment and property management LLC, also know as Harvest Investment Properties, is a real estate investment company that implements creative investing strategies to ensure the best financial outcome for its clients and investors. Established in May of 2011, HIPM began as a simple personal investment by its founder and current SEO, Henry Leonard. This property world late become the first of several investment properties that would be held in the company’s portfolio. Our current focus is on creative finance strategies to reduce risk for our investors and improve the offers we make to clients. Over the years we have invested in several fix and flip properties as well as building a large rental portfolio. We specialize in finding solutions for pre-foreclosure, probate and financial distress problems.
